professionals. This course has been put together as a result of the
huge demand for high calibre staff in this sector of the industry.

Personal Presentation / Professional Etiquette and Protocol.
Table Management / Table Placement /Table Settings.
Styles of service; courses and order of service; buffets.
Laundry Management onboard. Introduction to Body Language and Non-Verbal Communication.
Yacht Steward Butler style.
Bar Tending and Wine Appreciation.
Wines and Ports; product knowledge.
Storing and stowing Provisions on a yacht, flower preparation and arrangement.
Interpersonal Skills -Security, Confidentiality and Privacy issues.

Yacht Steward/Stewardess Training

		Serving food and beverages, table management, bartending, and ensuring total comfort around the yacht.
		Nautical terminology, Etiquette and Protocol, Communications, making forward arrangements for guests.
		Personal valet skills, laundry management, packing and unpacking suitcases.
		Arranging daily activities for guests, stocking with provisions, the daily rituals and preparing for guests arrival and understanding as much about the guest as possible to create the ultimate in personalised service.
