Magnums Butlers Concierge Training

MAGNUMS BUTLERS is pleased to announce its next Concierge Course will be held on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia (dates to be announced).

During this exciting and challenging program we will focus on the unique skills required in this vocation.  We will explore working with international and local guests, increasing geographical knowledge and cultural awareness, communicating with guests and understanding their needs and expectations.
