Mark Johnson, Business Development Executive, is a formally trained and experienced international Butler. Mark has over 21 years of experience in corporate project management and assistance, with a total of 30 years in the corporate sector; complementing his butler training, service and skills. Working in luxury private residences and 5 star properties, he is knowledgeable in the luxury amenities that today’s traveller and homeowner expects and demands.
Adept at listening to the needs of our clients Magnums is able to provide invaluable assistance in construction management issues such as final punch list execution, scheduling and expediting critical time path items, installation coordination and inventories for a successful project. This attention to detail and understanding of delivery, installation, telephony and luxury service brings an unparalleled ability to assist clients to meet their goals and exceed expectations.
Mark completed the continuing education presented by Greenguard Environmental Institute of Atlanta, Georgia and has studied environmental impact in the corporate and private sector for the past five years.

This could be assisting in the selection of special amenities, coordinating with your interior design team, or managing the installation and punch list of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
We have spent time developing solutions for the normal and some of the unusual issues that may develop during the final stages of construction and installations and punch-lists in the suites, spa and villas; bringing this knowledge to assist you and your project team. As a result, you do not spend time and resources reinventing the wheel for solutions.
In addition, we can provide project assistance in all aspects of scheduling, amenities coordination, scheduling project reviews, review requests for proposal, assist in creating requests for proposal and even provide construction administration assistance.
