In 2004 Magnums Butlers launched a professional assessment of working butlers, both in the hospitality hotel and private sectors of the profession. This accreditation and assessment includes certification and, on reaching the required standard of service achievement, the presentation of a lapel pin, recognising a high level of professional butler service.

Already there are many professional trained and assessed butlers wearing this lapel pin with pride and satisfaction on achieving the high level of service required. Its success rests not only on the professional training of butler skills, but also on a commitment by the individual to provide the highest standard of service possible.
